We begin again...

First.. THANK YOU! Last time I took on this challenge the only reason I made it happen was because I knew all of you were keeping track of me. I never felt so good or felt as lucky as I did when I ran that race in Minneapolis almost 3 years ago. However, there is a problem. I was race-ready 3 years ago and I kept it up for about a year, but then I got out of the habit. Now I'm back where I started, so I need your help again.

To those of you who are new to this blog of mine, follow me and you can keep up with my progress. Leaving comments and asking me about my progress help me stay accountable so bring it!

This time I'm planning to run in the Sioux Falls Marathon & Half Marathon on Sunday, Sept. 11. Do you want to join me? I think that would be awesome!

This week's training: (I know it sounds lame)
5 minute brisk warm-up walk, then 60 seconds running, 90 seconds walking. Alternate for 15 minutes.
Total time: 20 minutes.
